  • Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including where pricing or stock errors occur.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

Australian Customers:

You are entitled to a replacement or refund if goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

International Customers:

For international orders

  • We offer refunds or replacements for faulty or damaged items.

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless required by law.
