My name is Peter Sculthorpe and I represent ‘Nature’s gifts’ because I am
an internationally recognised Australian composer. Because I believe that the European
musical tradition is not relevant in Australia, my modernistic compositions are inspired
by Aboriginal, Balinese and Japanese cultures.
