My name is Ion Idriess and I represent ‘Nature’s gifts’ because I was a
highly popular Australian writer, particularly in the 1930s and 1940s. It was my
experience working in many different jobs – explorer, surveyor, crocodile hunter
– in the Northern Territory that inspired my writing.
