FOR SCENE: The year is 1960 and the place is the Royal Alexandra Hospital. Sir Norman
Gregg is the president of the board of management of the hospital. Dressed in a white
coat, he sweeps into a childrens ward and looks around. About six people are
following him in a group. He takes them to one side to talk to them. They have pens and
notepads to write down what he is saying.
SAMPLE SCRIPT:
Norman Gregg: This is supposed to be a childrens ward. It needs to be much brighter, it needs to be friendly and to have a homelike atmosphere. Oh yes, and Visiting Hours are too short how are the children supposed to get better if theyre miserable and lonely all the time?
