My name is Lancelot De Mole and I represent ‘Advance Australia’ because in
1911, while I was surveying difficult country near Geraldton in Western Australia, I got
an idea for a tracked armoured vehicle. I made a scale model of my idea which
‘anticipated’ the armoured tanks used by the British during World War One.
